The recipe is so easy that I think even my 6-year old daughter can make it. Love, love, love it! I was so excited as I watched the brussels sprouts roasted to "perfection". I didn't quite follow the recipe with the correct measurements, just added oil to what I thought was good for me. The honey with the lime gave a nice sweet + tangy balance. I also added some prosciutto and they were great together! Next time I'll heat up some baguette with apple butter to make this a nice lunch.
