Need: 1 sheet Puffed Pastry, cut in half 2 apples (leave skin on), cored, halved, and sliced 1 cup brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt
Let puffed pastry sit in room temperature for about 20-30 minutes to defrost.
Preheat oven to 415 degrees.
When puffed pastry is defrost and soften, unfold it, then cut a straight line down in the center.
Place puffed pastry rectangles onto a baking pan that’s been sprayed with nonstick spray.
Add sugar and salt to apples. Stir to combine. Allow to sit for few minutes.
Arrange apple slices on the pastry rectangles in a straight line, overlapping. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, or until pastry is puffed and golden brown.
Remove from pan and place on a serving platter immediately and sprinkle powdered sugar.
*Note: You can even cut puffed pastry in squares and serve smaller pieces.
