Avocado Toast Breakfast by Bonnie Tsang

I'd say avocado toast is one of the best things to eat during pregnancy. Avocado is packed with minerals, antioxidants, dietary fiber, folate acid and many other beneficial vitamins. I usually like to cut the fruit into small cubes, add some olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and spread it on a whole grain toast (Dave's Killer Bread is one of the best I've tried). It's quick and easy to make.
